Univers Invest SICAR SA, founded in 2001, is an investment company with venture capital, subsidiary of the Tunisian-Kuwaiti Bank -The BTK- part of Group BPCE –“Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne”.

With a registered capital of 5 million Tunisian dinars and as an investment company with venture capital, it essentially aims at participating for its own account or on behalf of third parties in strengthening companies’ equity.

Its areas of expertise include :

- Projects promoted by new developers as defined by the Investment Incentives Code;
- Companies operating in regional development areas governed by the Investment Incentives Code;
- Companies having initiated an upgrading programme;
- Companies developing a new technology or making investments to promote technology or its mastery, as well as all innovative companies in any economic sector;
- Companies and institutions which are the subject of privatization.
